Green Team

Taufiq Anwar, Corporate Headquarters - plays the role of Green Team “Whip” and therefore is responsible for following up on all senior level environmental tasks to ensure they are accomplished on schedule and to provide assistance where necessary. Taufiq assists Mr. Hallagan in day-to-day operations of his division, particularly with special projects, new business development, new openings and other support to District Managers. Prior to this, Taufiq was a District Manager in the Guest Services’ Business Dining Division for 10 years. He has a Masters Degree in International Business.
