Green Team

The Director of Training is responsible for corporate training programs, employee orientation and human capital performance strategies in support of all company operations. The Director provides training to enhance employee skills in preparation for career development opportunities while strengthening individual skills to achieve business results. This position also teaches environmental awareness through orientation, education, and community outreach.
