Thom Martin, Executive Chef, Moorings Park in Naples, Florida
Chef Thom Martin brings over 30 years of environmentally-conscious culinary management to Guest Services. Following graduation from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, Chef Thom worked at The Manor in West Orange, NJ, a restaurant that was ahead of its time with a full-blown recycling system, energy-efficient heating plant and oil reutilization program. Since that time, Chef Thom has added to his knowledge base and spearheaded environmental initiatives wherever he has worked, including helping to bring the Hyatt at Bonita Springs to a Two Palm status in 1 ½ years. Throughout his career, he has been on the environmental front lines, believing that his efforts now will serve future generations.
