Green Team

Karen Casey, Vice President Operations and Controller, Lancaster Foods - is directly responsible for the performance of over 220 employees at Lancaster Foods, a $200 million division of Guest Services, Inc. Lancaster Foods operates a LEED-certified, 220,000 sq foot refrigerated warehouse facility. Karen oversees all warehouse functions for this 24 hour facility including receiving, shipping, facilities management/maintenance, and inventory quality control for distributing over 30,000 cases daily. The transportation fleet is comprised of approximately 75 trucks/tractor-trailers operated by over 100 drivers regulated by the Department of Transportation. Karen holds a BS degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech, and a M.S. in Taxation from Seton Hall University. She is a CPA with over 10 years in public accounting. Karen’s prior experience includes 13 years as CFO at Sysco Food Services of Metro NY.
