Ron Hallagan, Vice President, Operations - Mr. Hallagan has been in the hospitality industry since graduating from Michigan State University in 1976. He was GM of a hotel and several full-service restaurants before joining Guest Services in 1980. After operating the National Gallery of Art and Smithsonian accounts, he became Vice President of Operations in 1994. He currently oversees the House of Representatives, the Museums Division and over 40 food, retail and recreation facilities in five National Parks in the National Capital Region.

Mr. Hallagan has been involved with environmental issues since the National Parks concessions were assigned to him in 1994 and was tapped by Mr. Gabrys to head up the company’s greening efforts in 2001. Mr. Hallagan received his BA in Hotel, Restaurant Management from Michigan State University in 1976 and his MA in Business, Culinary Diploma and Sommelier's Certificate between 1980 and 1990.
